Delivery Policy

Delivery area: We can deliver your order to: LaChine, Dorval, St-Laurent, Pierrefonds, Pointe-Claire, Dollar Des Ormeaux, Kirkland, Beaconsfield, Baie d'urfe, St-Anne de Bellevue, Senneville, Ile Bizard, Ile Perrot, and Laval, South Shore, Vaudreil-Dorion and surrounding area.

Same-day delivery: Our guaranteed local (Montreal) same day delivery cut-off time is 12:00pm. The order deadline for same-day delivery is 14:00pm (Mon-Fri) and 13:00pm (Sat, Sun), but we do not guarantee same-day delivery for the orders placed after that time.

Delivery fee: We charge flat delivery fee, no matter where is the recipient's address.

What we do: We, or local florist, may call the recipients before delivery to ensure there is someone to take the gifts. For any reason if there is nobody at home, your flowers may be left either to neighbor or on the front door. For safety reason (such as apartment) or to keep the flowers fresh (such as hot / cold weather), if there is nobody takes the flowers, we, or local florist, will take back to the store. It will not be delivered again before reaching sender or recipient.

What we do not guarantee: We, or local florist, can not guarantee the delivery time, because of the weather, the unreachable recipient, or other unexpected reason.
